Breaking News July 11, 2006 - Fireworks were spectacular Letter to the Editor - Daily Tribune Last night's (July 4) fireworks show in Wisconsin Rapids was the best I have ever seen. Throughout the breathtaking display, all I could think of was the hard work of the local students who helped raise the money to keep the fireworks show going, and all of the generous individuals and municipalities who funded it. My family drove 40 miles to see the fireworks in Rapids, and it proved to be well worth the trip. What a class act! Thank you so much! Jonathan Rootellis Spencer, Wisconsin |
