Do you have a skill (painting, babysitting, etc.) or do you need help with a chore. Contact Danielle Potts at 884-7304 or Pat Stanislawski at 884-2834 and be a Barter Buddy. Those with skills will then be matched with those need assistance. For more information contact Danielle or Pat.

Pittsville Area's Vision
The Pittsville Area is a safe, friendly, progressive community that supports families and active lifestyles. We offer unique events and enrichment opportunities for all to enjoy.

We offer enticing main street specialty businesses, attracting recreational visitors and residents. Our thriving economy supports small and medium niche businesses which build upon our strong agricultural base.

Led by Duane Becker of the Pittsville Fire Department, the Pittsville Area Progress Team is focused on promoting the Pittsville Area.

  • Business/Organization of the Month. The team feels it is vitally important to educate members of their community and beyond on the diverse businesses and organization in the Pittsville area.

  • Pittsville Area Brochure. This colorful and informative flier will be a resource guide for community members, visitors, potential residents, and new business interests.

  • Pittsville is the geographical center of Wisconsin. The team recently unveiled the "Center of the State" marker.

  • Pittsville Area Progress Team unveiled their community kiosk in May, 2007. This will serve as a information hub. Groups can post upcoming events, and visitors can find out about local events through the kiosk.

Want to get involved in the Pittsville Area Progress Team or find out more information? Contact Duane Becker, 715-498-6837 or Pat Stanislawski, 715-884-2834.
