Wisconsin Rapids Area Progress Fund Committee Members Thomas Marshall* Libby Rosandick Gary Rosencrans Lorraine Schmutzer Beth Stark *Committee Chair Grants Given $1,000 to support a community picnic sponsored by the municipalities of Wisconsin Rapids, Grand Rapids, and Biron. $1,000 to support the Masquerade Ball, a community event to highlight downtown Wisconsin Rapids $400 to support River Cities Evening Garden Club, which puts together and maintains 18 colorful planters in downtown Rapids. $500 to support the 2006 WIAC Baseball Tournament in May, 2006 $1,000 to support the 2nd Annual Community Picnic Support your local community fund today!
